AWS lets you watch a coding agent’s web app update live as it builds

Amazon Bedrock AgentCore runtime added Session endpoints: an authenticated URL into an agent’s isolated session, limited to ports you allow, so you can open the app it is building and see each saved change. AWS frames it as a build-and-review tool, not hosting, since the URL ends with the session.

Why it matters: AI app builders are converging on “edit and preview in one loop.” Good news if you prototype storefronts or landing pages with agents.

Gemini in Google Slides can now restyle or rewrite a whole deck from one prompt

Google Workspace added deck-wide editing: one prompt in the Slides side panel can refresh fonts and colors, update content from Drive files, or merge slides, with a change summary and normal undo. It launched in English for Business, Enterprise and Google AI Pro/Ultra plans, rolling out from Oct 29.

Why it matters: Pitch decks and sales one-pagers just got faster to refresh. Pair it with a deck tool if you build many.

Google backs the same shared AI-training control, mapped to Google-Extended

Google plans to support the shared robots.txt policy token too. An opt-out through the shared token will be read like blocking Google-Extended unless a site sets Google-Extended directly, and sites that allow Google-Extended stay eligible to be cited in Gemini answers.

Why it matters: One line in robots.txt can now affect whether Gemini cites your store. Check yours before changing it.

OpenAI will honor one shared “no AI training” signal in robots.txt

OpenAI says it will respect a common robots.txt signal, drafted in the IETF AI Preferences group, so a site can state its AI-training choice once for every participating provider. Rollout is planned over the coming months; its existing per-crawler controls stay in place.

Why it matters: If you sell online, decide now whether you want your pages used for AI training and whether you still want to be found by AI search. Those are now separate choices.
