EDGE AI MARKET: Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026
ARBITRATION NOTICE: Section 20 requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and waives class actions and jury trials. You can opt out within 30 days (Section 20.9).
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Edge Verse & Vision LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("EDGE," "we," "us"). EDGE AI MARKET is a brand of Edge Verse & Vision LLC (the "Market"). The Market is part of edgevvstudio.com.
Contact: edgevvstudio@gmail.com · Edge Verse & Vision LLC, 14250 W Wigwam Blvd Unit 112, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340, USA.
By creating an account, browsing, buying, selling or otherwise using the Market, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the policies linked from the Market's Legal page: the Buyer Terms & Refund Policy, the Seller Agreement, the Cookie Policy, the Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure, the Acceptable Use & Content Policy, the AI Disclaimer, the DMCA / Copyright Policy and the EDGE Pro Subscription Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Market.
2. Our role: a marketplace
The Market is a venue. Most products, agents, tools, templates and services listed here ("Listings") are created, hosted and supported by independent sellers, or by outside companies we refer you to. Except for Listings we clearly label as sold by EDGE Studio, we aren't the seller, manufacturer, developer or operator of any Listing, and we aren't a party to the contract between you and a seller.
Sellers are solely responsible for their Listings, including accuracy, legality, quality, safety, support, any refunds they promise, and compliance with the law. Our vetting and approval process reduces risk, but it isn't an endorsement, warranty, certification or audit of any Listing or seller.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- Anyone 13 or older may browse the free directory without an account. The Market isn't directed to children under 13.
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to create an account, buy or sell.
- Give accurate information, keep your password and any second factor secure, and tell us right away at edgevvstudio@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You're responsible for all activity under your account. We may require email verification, identity verification through our payment processor, or other checks before you buy or sell.
4. Purchases, payments and subscriptions
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers. Prices and fees are shown at checkout.
- For seller Listings, we collect payment on the seller's behalf through Stripe Connect.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel online in your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, unless a Listing says otherwise.
- Refunds. Seller Listings follow the Buyer Terms & Refund Policy. Items sold by EDGE Studio follow the Studio Terms of Service, including its no-refund policy (no refunds once an order is placed, except for non-delivery, billing errors and charges after a valid cancellation), not the Buyer Terms' refund rules. EDGE Pro follows the EDGE Pro Subscription Terms.
- Paying outside the Market's checkout for an on-Market Listing isn't allowed and isn't protected.
4A. Taxes
Prices don't include sales, use, or similar taxes. We don't currently add tax at checkout. If we're required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout before you pay. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase that we don't collect, other than taxes on our income.
5. Third-party and referral Listings
Some Listings are referrals to outside companies. When you click through, you leave the Market, and that company's terms and privacy policy apply. We may earn a commission (see the Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure), and commissions don't change our organic rankings. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, outside sites or their pricing, availability, data practices or outputs.
6. Contacting sellers and leads
If you submit a "Request a demo" or other contact form on a Listing, we share what you enter with that seller only so they can respond to you. Sellers that use pay-per-lead pay for qualified leads under the Seller Agreement, and they may use lead information only to respond to you.
7. Selling and advertising
Sellers and advertisers must accept the Seller Agreement, which covers vetting, fees, payouts, refunds, vendor plans and pay-per-lead. Every Listing must pass vetting and approval before it goes live. Paid placement is labeled as sponsored or featured, and payment doesn't let anyone skip vetting or buy reviews. We don't guarantee any number of leads, sales or results.
8. Reviews
Reviews must come from real buyers, about their own experience. Don't post fake, paid, incentivized or AI-written reviews, and don't suppress honest negative reviews. We follow the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials.
9. Prohibited use
Don't break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; upload malware, or probe, scan, scrape or overload the Market; get around security, rate limits, captchas or vetting; create accounts by automated means or after we've banned you; impersonate any person or brand; post false reviews; ask for or make payments outside checkout; resell access without permission; or use the Market or any Listing for anything the Acceptable Use & Content Policy prohibits.
10. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as reviews, questions, Listings, videos and messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting and previews) and distribute it to operate, promote and improve the Market. You confirm you have all the rights needed to give this license.
11. AI tools and outputs
Many Listings use artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or offensive, may not be protected by copyright, and aren't professional advice. Review every output before you rely on or publish it. The AI Disclaimer is part of these Terms.
12. Intellectual property and copyright (DMCA)
The Market's design, software, text and graphics, and the EDGE AI MARKET and EDGE names and logos, belong to Edge Verse & Vision LLC or its licensors. Third-party names are used only to identify products and don't imply endorsement. We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA as described in our DMCA / Copyright Policy. Our designated agent (DMCA-1084222) is Austin J. Gauthier, Edge Verse & Vision LLC, 14250 W Wigwam Blvd Unit 112, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340, USA, 703-232-5287, edgevvstudio@gmail.com. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate cases.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for express written promises we make on a product we clearly label as sold by EDGE Studio, whose remedies are stated in that promise and in the Studio Terms of Service, the Market and all Listings are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Edge Verse & Vision LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We don't warrant any Listing, seller, third-party site or AI output.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Edge Verse & Vision LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and agents won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Market or any Listing, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims won't exceed the greater of the amounts you paid through the Market in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
If you use the Market for a business, or you sell or advertise on it, you'll defend, indemnify and hold harmless Edge Verse & Vision LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, fines and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Market, your content or Listings, your breach of these Terms or any law, or your violation of anyone's rights. Sellers also indemnify us as the Seller Agreement states.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit or end your account, remove content or Listings, withhold or reverse seller payouts as the Seller Agreement allows, or refuse service if we believe you've violated these Terms or created risk or legal exposure. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (licenses to us, payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and disputes) survive.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date and, for material changes, ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, buy or sell. Changes don't apply to a dispute already raised.
18. General
These Terms and the linked policies are the entire agreement on this subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, except as Section 20.6 states. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Notices to us go to edgevvstudio@gmail.com.

20. Disputes and arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES, WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS, AND LETS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS.
20.1 Notice first. Before starting arbitration or any court case, the party with the dispute must email a written notice to the other (to us at edgevvstudio@gmail.com; to you at the email on your order or account). The notice must include your name, the order or account email, a description of the dispute and what you want. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days after the notice is received. Time limits for bringing a claim pause during those 30 days.
20.2 Small claims. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies. If small-claims rules allow, you may file in the small claims court for the county where you live, or in Maricopa County, Arizona. If a small-claims case is moved, transferred or appealed out of small claims court, it goes to arbitration.
20.3 Arbitration. Any dispute, claim or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Market, our products or services, or our relationship (including whether this section applies or can be enforced) that isn't resolved under 20.1 and isn't brought in small claims court will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules) in effect when the arbitration starts. If you use the Site for a business and the Consumer Rules don't apply, the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules apply. One arbitrator decides. The hearing will be by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live or in Maricopa County, Arizona, whichever you choose. The arbitrator may award any individual relief a court could award, but only to you individually. Fees follow the AAA rules; for consumer claims, we pay any AAA fees above the filing fee the rules assign to you. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.
20.4 Exceptions. Either of us may go to court (under 20.7) for (a) claims to protect intellectual property (copyright, trademark, trade secrets or patents), (b) temporary or preliminary injunctive relief while an arbitration is pending, and (c) actions to compel arbitration or to confirm, modify, vacate or enforce an arbitration award.
20.5 Class-action and mass-claim waiver. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. If 25 or more similar claims are filed against us, or by us, by the same or coordinated lawyers or organizations, they will be handled under the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, which may include batching and bellwether cases, and the time limits for the remaining claims pause while that happens.
20.6 If the waiver fails (severability). If a court decides that the class-action or mass-claim waiver in 20.5 can't be enforced for a particular claim or type of relief, that claim or relief goes to court under 20.7, never to class or collective arbitration, and it waits until the individual arbitration is finished. If any other part of this Section 20 can't be enforced, that part is removed and the rest still applies.
20.7 Courts: Maricopa County, Arizona. For any matter that goes to court and not to arbitration (claims not subject to arbitration or sent to court under 20.6, small claims filed there, the exceptions in 20.4, and enforcing an award), the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona are the exclusive venue, except that you may bring small claims where you live as 20.2 allows. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
20.8 Governing law. Arizona law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs this Section 20 and how it's read and enforced. Consumer protections that can't be waived where you live still apply.
20.9 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration (20.3) and the class-action and mass-claim waiver (20.5) by emailing edgevvstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order or account email, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms (for example, at your first order or sign-up). If you opt out, disputes go to the courts in 20.7, and the rest of these Terms still applies. Opting out doesn't affect any earlier or later agreement to arbitrate with us.
20.10 Changes to this section. If we change this Section 20, the change won't apply to a dispute that was already noticed or filed. You may reject a material change to this section by emailing us within 30 days after it's posted; the previous version then applies to you.
