EDGE Pro Subscription Terms

These EDGE Pro Subscription Terms ("Pro Terms") add to the EDGE AI MARKET Terms of Use [PLACEHOLDER — link; general Terms of Use not yet drafted] and Privacy Policy [PLACEHOLDER — link]. If these Pro Terms conflict with the Terms of Use about EDGE Pro, these Pro Terms control.
1. The free directory stays free
You don't need EDGE Pro to browse or use the EDGE AI MARKET directory. EDGE Pro is an optional paid membership.
2. What EDGE Pro includes

We may add, improve, or change Pro features. If we remove a feature that is a material part of what you paid for, we'll tell you in advance and you may cancel; [DECISION: offer a prorated refund in that case — recommended].
3. Price and billing
• Price: $19.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes (see FINANCE questions, Part 4).
• Billing cycle: You're charged when you sign up and then every month on the same day (or the last day of the month if that day doesn't exist), until you cancel.
• Payment: Processed by our payment processor [Stripe — confirm]. We don't store your full card number.
• Failed payments: If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause Pro access until payment succeeds. [DECISION: retry window, e.g., 7 days.]
4. Automatic renewal
EDGE Pro renews automatically every month at $19.99 (plus applicable tax) and your payment method will be charged each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online in your account (see Section 5). We'll send you a receipt by email after each charge. [DECISION: also send an annual reminder; required anyway if you ever offer annual plans or free trials — see Part 2C.]
5. Cancel anytime — online, in a few clicks
• Cancel anytime at edgevvstudio.com → Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel EDGE Pro [confirm actual path; Stripe Customer Portal works], or by emailing edgevvstudio@gmail.com.
• Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up: no phone call, chat, or "retention" step required. We may show one optional offer, but you can skip it with one click.
• When it takes effect: Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep Pro access until the end of the month you've already paid for, then your account reverts to the free directory.
• We'll email you a cancellation confirmation (Part 2B).
6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months, except where the law requires, as stated in Section 2 (removal of a material feature) or Section 8 (termination by us), or for billing errors. When you cancel, future charges stop and you keep Pro access through the end of the month you've already paid for. We'll refund any duplicate or mistaken charge. If you think you were charged in error, email us before filing a chargeback so we can fix it fast.
7. Price changes
We may change the Pro price. We'll email you at least [30] days before a new price applies to you, and the new price will start only at your next billing cycle after that notice. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect. [ATTORNEY: some state laws require affirmative consent for material changes — confirm notice-only is enough.]
8. Termination by us
We may suspend or end your Pro membership if you materially break the Terms of Use (e.g., fraud, abuse, sharing your account), if payment fails and isn't fixed, or if we discontinue EDGE Pro. If we end Pro for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund the unused portion of your current month. If we end it for your breach, no refund is owed except where law requires.
9. Affiliate links and disclosures
Some listings and content on EDGE AI MARKET contain affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. EDGE Pro does not change which tools we rank or how. [Must stay true — see Part 3.]
10. Governing law
These Pro Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your home state still apply to you. [ATTORNEY: venue (Maricopa County), any arbitration/class-waiver clause, limitation of liability — do not add these without an attorney.]
11. Changes to these Pro Terms
We'll post updates here with a new "Last updated" date and email Pro members about material changes before they take effect.
