Seller Agreement

You represent and warrant that: you are 18+ and authorized to bind yourself or your business; you own or have all rights, licenses and permissions to sell each Listing and everything in it (code, models, prompts, data, images, video, music, names and marks); your Listing and its use by buyers does not infringe or misappropriate anyone's rights or violate any law; and all information you provide is true and current.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Edge Verse & Vision LLC and its owners, employees and agents from all claims, damages, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation by your Listing; your breach of this Agreement; your products' failures, data breaches or harm to buyers; and taxes owed by you. We may control the defense with counsel of our choice at your cost.

We charge a platform fee of 20% of the sale price (excluding taxes) on each transaction unless a different rate is shown in your seller dashboard for your category. Fees are deducted before payout. Stripe processing fees may also apply.

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to the account you onboard. You must complete Stripe's identity and bank verification and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. We may delay or hold payouts for new sellers, disputes, refunds, suspected fraud or policy violations, and may offset amounts you owe us against future payouts.

You must honor the Buyer Terms & Refund Policy. Refunds and chargebacks (including fees) are deducted from your balance or future payouts; if your balance is insufficient, you agree to repay us on demand.

Every Listing must pass automated vetting (identity, Stripe status, domain ownership, link health, legal pages, content policy, duplicate/impersonation checks) and manual approval before it goes live, and again after material edits. We may reject, unpublish, edit for formatting, or remove any Listing, and suspend any Seller, at our discretion, including for risk, complaints or policy violations. Approval is not an endorsement.

Optional paid placement: EDGE Verified $49/month (claiming a listing is free), Category Featured $99/month, Homepage Featured $299/month (limited slots). Plans are billed monthly by Stripe, renew until canceled, are non-refundable for partial months, and placement is subject to availability and our content policies. Paid placement is labeled as sponsored or featured.

Provide accurate descriptions and pricing; deliver what you sell; provide reasonable support at the support email you list; keep a reachable privacy policy and terms for hosted tools; protect buyer data and use it only to fulfil orders; comply with tax, consumer, export and privacy laws; never ask buyers to pay outside checkout.

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. Obligations accrued before termination, warranties, indemnities, and our rights to recover refunds and chargebacks survive.
