EDGE Verse & Vision Studio: Terms of Service
Effective date: [DATE OF PUBLICATION]
ARBITRATION NOTICE: Section 20 requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and waives class actions and jury trials. You can opt out within 30 days (Section 20.9).
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Edge Verse & Vision LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as EDGE Verse & Vision Studio ("EDGE," "we," "us"). EDGE AI MARKET is a brand of Edge Verse & Vision LLC.
They cover edgevvstudio.com and everything on it (the "Site"), including our Studio services (custom videos, social media management, page setup, add-ons, Sports videos and product videos), EDGE AI MARKET (the "Market"), EDGE Pro and any other paid plan we offer on the Site, and our free profile check.
Contact: edgevvstudio@gmail.com · Edge Verse & Vision LLC, 14250 W Wigwam Blvd Unit 112, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340, USA.
By using the Site, placing an order, or checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
Other terms that may also apply: the product page for what you buy; the EDGE Pro Subscription Terms; and, on the Market, the Market Terms of Service, Buyer Terms & Refund Policy and Seller Agreement. If two documents conflict, the more specific one controls for that product, except that Section 8 (refunds) and Section 20 (disputes) of these Terms always apply to products sold by EDGE.
2. Who can use the Site
- Anyone 13 or older may browse the Site and the free Market directory without an account. The Site isn't directed to children under 13.
- You must be 18 or older to place an order, create an account, or sell.
- If you order for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
3. Accounts
Keep your login safe and your details accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share or sell accounts. Tell us right away at edgevvstudio@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.

Products not on sale. AI Setup, EDGE CG Software and EDGE Inventions products are not available. A "Coming soon" or "Not yet available" label is not an offer, and we take no payment for them.
Price changes and mistakes. We may change prices for future orders. If a price is clearly wrong at checkout, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
4A. Taxes
Prices don't include sales, use, or similar taxes. We don't currently add tax at checkout. If we're required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout before you pay. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase that we don't collect, other than taxes on our income.
4B. Review Booster ($49, one-time)
What you get: (1) your Google review link and a matching QR code; (2) a short review-request message you can send by email or text; (3) a printable counter card or sign with the QR code; and (4) a one-page guide to using them. You send the requests yourself. We don't send them, and we don't post or manage reviews.
Review rules you agree to follow:
- Ask all your customers, or a neutral group of them. Don't ask only the customers you think are happy, and don't screen out unhappy ones before they reach Google ("review gating").
- Don't offer anything of value for a review, and don't make any reward depend on the review being positive.
- Never write, buy or post fake reviews, reviews by your staff or family, or reviews for anyone who wasn't a real customer, and never suppress honest negative reviews.
- Send texts only to customers who agreed to get texts from you, and follow email and texting laws. You are the sender.
- Follow Google's review policies.
These rules follow the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) and Google's policies. We don't promise any number of reviews, any rating, or that Google will publish any review.
5. Monthly plans: automatic renewal and cancellation
Automatic renewal. Monthly plans start when you check out and renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout (plus any tax we're required to collect, shown before you pay), charged to your payment method on the same day each month, until you cancel. We email a receipt after each charge.
Cancel anytime, online. You can cancel at any time, with no notice and no phone call, at edgevvstudio.com/billing (our secure Stripe billing page), or by emailing edgevvstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel." Cancelling is as easy as signing up.
When cancellation takes effect. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you've already paid for. We email you a cancellation confirmation.
Unused items don't roll over. Posts, videos and other items included in a monthly plan expire at the end of each billing period if you don't use them. They don't carry over, have no cash value, and aren't refunded or credited.
No refund for the current period. Cancelling stops future renewals. There's no refund or credit for the current billing period or any part of it, except as Section 8 states.
Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan. It starts at your next billing date after that notice, and you can cancel before it applies.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, Stripe may retry it, and we may pause work until it's paid.
6. How delivery works
What you send us. Studio videos: 6 photos and one walkthrough video of your place, plus your logo, text and any details we ask for. Sports videos: your clips and photos. Product videos: your product photos, key features and listing link. After checkout, reply to your receipt email.
Delivery targets.
- All orders (single, bulk and monthly): we aim to deliver within 5 business days per video after we receive all materials for that video.
- These are targets, not guarantees. The clock starts only when we have everything we need. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Late, incomplete or unusable materials, or revision requests, extend the timeline. Missing a target isn't a reason for a refund, but if we don't deliver, Section 8 applies.
No travel. We work fully remotely.
Account access. We never ask for your passwords. For management plans, you add edgevvstudio@gmail.com as a manager or partner on your accounts, and you can remove our access at any time. For Product Videos, we never access your Seller Central account; you upload the files yourself.
7. Revisions
- 2 revisions included. Each video or deliverable includes 2 revisions at no extra charge if you ask for them within 14 days of delivery.
- What a revision is. A revision is a change to the work we delivered, such as text, music, clip order, timing, colors or trimming. A new concept, a new script, new materials, or a different product or place is not a revision; it's a new order.
- More revisions, or after 14 days. Extra revisions, or revisions asked for more than 14 days after delivery, are quoted to you in writing first. We start them only after you approve the quote.
- Acceptance. If you don't ask for a revision within 14 days of delivery, the deliverable is accepted.
8. NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER, IT CAN'T BE REFUNDED OR CANCELLED FOR A REFUND, INCLUDING IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, DON'T SEND YOUR MATERIALS, OR DON'T USE WHAT YOU BOUGHT. We show this before you pay, next to the checkout button.
The only exceptions:
- We don't deliver.
- Nothing delivered: if we can't or don't deliver any part of your order, we refund the whole order.
- Part delivered: if we deliver part of your order and can't deliver the rest, we refund only the undelivered part, pro rata by item or unit. For example, that's per video in a bulk order (the per-video price you paid), or per included video or post in a monthly plan (that month's price divided by the items included that month). Delivered items aren't refundable.
- Billing mistakes. We refund duplicate charges and charges you didn't authorize.
- Charges after you cancel. If we charge you after a valid cancellation, we refund that charge.
- Fixes, not refunds. If a deliverable doesn't match its product page, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it, using your 2 included revisions or at no extra charge if the mistake is ours. Any written promise on a product page gives you fixes as stated there, not refunds.
- Your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer right that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. If something's wrong, please email edgevvstudio@gmail.com before filing a chargeback so we can fix it fast.
Purchases from other sellers on the Market follow the Market Buyer Terms & Refund Policy. EDGE Pro follows the EDGE Pro Subscription Terms.
9. Your materials
- They stay yours. You keep ownership of everything you send us ("Your Materials").
- License to us. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit and adapt Your Materials only to make and deliver your order, and for our portfolio as Section 10.4 allows.
- Your promises. You confirm you own Your Materials or have permission to use them, including permission from every identifiable person shown (name, face and voice) and from the property owner, and that our use won't violate anyone's rights.
- No minors, ever. No one under 18 may appear in any photo, video, clip, audio or other material you send us, or in anything we produce for you. You confirm this at checkout. If we believe anyone in your materials may be under 18, we may decline the order, remove or not use that footage, or stop work. Knowingly sending footage of a minor is a breach of these Terms.
- No AI training. We don't use Your Materials to train AI models.
10. Who owns the finished work
10.1 You own the final deliverable once it's paid in full. When you've paid in full for an order, we assign to you our rights in the final videos, images, captions and posts we deliver for that order. If a payment is reversed or not paid, the assignment doesn't happen, or is undone, for the affected deliverables.
10.2 What we keep. We keep our templates, styles, presets, project files, raw edits we didn't deliver, software and know-how. You get a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any of these that appear inside your final deliverable, as part of that deliverable.
10.3 Third-party and AI parts. Music, stock footage, fonts and other third-party items are licensed, not owned, and you may use them only as their licenses allow. For example, some music may be used only inside the delivered video, or only on certain platforms, and platforms may still flag it. We'll tell you about significant limits we know of. Parts made with AI tools may not be protected by copyright, so we can only assign the rights that exist.
10.4 Portfolio. As part of your order, you give us a license to show the finished work in our portfolio, on the Site and on EDGE's social media accounts, until you opt out. To opt out, email edgevvstudio@gmail.com with the project name. We'll stop new uses and remove the work from EDGE's website and EDGE's social media accounts within 5 business days after we receive your request. Copies or posts already shared by other people or third parties may stay up, because we don't control them. You can also ask us before the project starts to keep it private.
11. AI-generated content
- We use software and AI tools to help make some deliverables. A person at EDGE reviews every deliverable before we deliver it.
- AI-assisted output can contain mistakes. Check every deliverable before you post it.
- AI-assisted parts may not be protected by copyright, and similar output may be created for others.
- We don't create realistic people, places or voices that aren't in Your Materials unless you ask for it. If we do, we label it as AI-generated. Where a platform requires an AI label, you agree to turn it on when you post.
- You decide what to post, and you're responsible for your posts following the law and platform rules, including advertising, fair-housing and dealer-advertising rules where they apply.
12. Free profile check
- Free. No purchase needed. No card, purchase or call is required to get your report.
- We aim to reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). This is a target, not a guarantee.
- The report is our opinion on what to improve. It isn't a promise of results.
- We'll email your report, plus one follow-up email about our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We won't send more marketing unless you opt in again or buy from us. The report may include an optional offer to do the work for you.
- We may stop or change the free check at any time.
13. Reactivation outreach ($25 per booking)
- What we do. We email your past customers, using a list you give us, with an offer you approve. We send by email only, never by text or phone call.
- What a "booking" is. A booking is a past customer we emailed who, within 30 days after our email, books and keeps a paid appointment or places a paid order with you, as shown in your booking system, point-of-sale system or other records. Cancellations, no-shows and fully refunded orders don't count.
- Price and billing. You pay $25 per booking, with nothing upfront. On the 1st of each month we send a written invoice listing the prior month's bookings, payable through Stripe. You can dispute a listed booking within 14 days of the invoice. If there are no bookings, there's no charge. We don't promise any number of bookings.
- Your list. You confirm you collected your customers' emails lawfully and may email them. You tell us right away about anyone who has opted out, and we honor every unsubscribe. Each email follows CAN-SPAM and shows your business as the sender.
- Eligibility. Before we start, we confirm eligibility and the offer with you in writing.
14. EDGE AI MARKET
Buying and selling on the Market is covered by the Market Terms of Service, the Buyer Terms & Refund Policy and the Seller Agreement. In short:
- The Market is a venue. Except for Listings clearly labeled as sold by EDGE Studio, we aren't the seller, and sellers are responsible for their Listings.
- EDGE Studio items on the Market follow these Terms, including the no-refund policy in Section 8, not the Buyer Terms' refund rules.
- Seller Listings follow the Buyer Terms & Refund Policy.
- Sellers who use pay-per-lead pay $25 per qualified lead under the Seller Agreement. If you submit a seller's contact form, we share what you enter with that seller only.
- Parts of the Market labeled "Preview" or "Test mode" make no real charges.
15. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to:
- break any law or anyone's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity);
- upload malware, or probe, scrape, bulk-download or overload the Site;
- get around security, captchas, rate limits or vetting;
- post false Listings, fake reviews or fake leads, or manipulate rankings, clicks or affiliate tracking;
- impersonate a person or brand;
- send us content showing people without their permission, or showing anyone under 18;
- create deceptive deepfakes of real people;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- resell our services or the Site without our written permission.
16. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respond to copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (DMCA-1084222):
Austin J. Gauthier, Designated Agent
Edge Verse & Vision LLC
14250 W Wigwam Blvd Unit 112, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340, USA
Phone: 703-232-5287
Email: edgevvstudio@gmail.com (subject: "DMCA Notice")
Notice. Include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) the copyrighted work; (3) the material you say infringes and where it is (URL); (4) your name, address, phone and email; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice. If your material was removed by mistake, send: your signature; what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you're outside the U.S., any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they've filed a court action.
Repeat infringers. We end the accounts and Listings of repeat infringers in appropriate cases (generally three valid, uncountered notices in 12 months). Knowingly false notices can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
17. Our intellectual property
The Site, its design, code and text, and the names and logos EDGE, EDGE Verse & Vision Studio, EDGE AI MARKET and EDGE Pro, belong to Edge Verse & Vision LLC or its licensors. Other companies' names are used only to identify their products and don't mean they endorse us. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
18. Disclaimers
Except for an express written promise stated on your order or product page, and the refund and delivery rules in these Terms, the Site, the Market and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Your remedies under an express promise are the ones stated in it. We don't guarantee business results (views, followers, reviews, leads, bookings, sales or revenue), that any platform will display, approve, rank or monetize your content, or any third-party tool, Listing, seller, outside site or AI output.
19. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and (b) our total liability for all claims about the Site or our services is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnity. If you use the Site for a business, or you sell or advertise on the Market, you'll defend and reimburse Edge Verse & Vision LLC for third-party claims caused by your content, Your Materials, your Listings, your customer lists, or your breach of these Terms.
20. Disputes and arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES, WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS, AND LETS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS.
20.1 Notice first. Before starting arbitration or any court case, the party with the dispute must email a written notice to the other (to us at edgevvstudio@gmail.com; to you at the email on your order or account). The notice must include your name, the order or account email, a description of the dispute and what you want. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days after the notice is received. Time limits for bringing a claim pause during those 30 days.
20.2 Small claims. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies. If small-claims rules allow, you may file in the small claims court for the county where you live, or in Maricopa County, Arizona. If a small-claims case is moved, transferred or appealed out of small claims court, it goes to arbitration.
20.3 Arbitration. Any dispute, claim or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Market, our products or services, or our relationship (including whether this section applies or can be enforced) that isn't resolved under 20.1 and isn't brought in small claims court will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules) in effect when the arbitration starts. If you use the Site for a business and the Consumer Rules don't apply, the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules apply. One arbitrator decides. The hearing will be by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live or in Maricopa County, Arizona, whichever you choose. The arbitrator may award any individual relief a court could award, but only to you individually. Fees follow the AAA rules; for consumer claims, we pay any AAA fees above the filing fee the rules assign to you. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.
20.4 Exceptions. Either of us may go to court (under 20.7) for (a) claims to protect intellectual property (copyright, trademark, trade secrets or patents), (b) temporary or preliminary injunctive relief while an arbitration is pending, and (c) actions to compel arbitration or to confirm, modify, vacate or enforce an arbitration award.
20.5 Class-action and mass-claim waiver. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. If 25 or more similar claims are filed against us, or by us, by the same or coordinated lawyers or organizations, they will be handled under the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, which may include batching and bellwether cases, and the time limits for the remaining claims pause while that happens.
20.6 If the waiver fails (severability). If a court decides that the class-action or mass-claim waiver in 20.5 can't be enforced for a particular claim or type of relief, that claim or relief goes to court under 20.7, never to class or collective arbitration, and it waits until the individual arbitration is finished. If any other part of this Section 20 can't be enforced, that part is removed and the rest still applies.
20.7 Courts: Maricopa County, Arizona. For any matter that goes to court and not to arbitration (claims not subject to arbitration or sent to court under 20.6, small claims filed there, the exceptions in 20.4, and enforcing an award), the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona are the exclusive venue, except that you may bring small claims where you live as 20.2 allows. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
20.8 Governing law. Arizona law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs this Section 20 and how it's read and enforced. Consumer protections that can't be waived where you live still apply.
20.9 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration (20.3) and the class-action and mass-claim waiver (20.5) by emailing edgevvstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order or account email, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms (for example, at your first order or sign-up). If you opt out, disputes go to the courts in 20.7, and the rest of these Terms still applies. Opting out doesn't affect any earlier or later agreement to arbitrate with us.
20.10 Changes to this section. If we change this Section 20, the change won't apply to a dispute that was already noticed or filed. You may reject a material change to this section by emailing us within 30 days after it's posted; the previous version then applies to you.
21. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end your access, cancel orders, or remove content or Listings if you break these Terms, commit fraud, don't pay, or create legal risk, or if we stop offering a service. If we end a paid order or plan for a reason other than your breach, that counts as non-delivery, and we refund the prepaid part we won't deliver (Section 8). If we end it because of your breach, no refund is owed except where the law requires. You may stop using the Site and cancel paid plans at any time as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership and licenses, payments owed, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes) survive.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a new effective date. For material changes, we'll email account holders and active subscribers, or show a notice on the Site, before the changes take effect, and ask you to accept them where required. Changes don't apply to a dispute already raised or to an order already paid for, unless you agree.
23. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the documents in Section 1 are the whole agreement on this subject. If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies, except as Section 20.6 states. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You can't transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in a merger, sale or reorganization. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control. We're independent parties. Notices to us go to edgevvstudio@gmail.com, and notices to you go to the email on your order or account.
