Buyer Terms & Refund Policy

Each order is a contract between you and the seller shown on the Listing. EDGE Studio Listings are sold by Edge Verse & Vision LLC. For creator Listings we act as a marketplace and collect payment on the seller's behalf through Stripe Connect.

Digital files, templates and prompt packs are licensed, not sold, for your own personal or internal business use unless the Listing grants broader rights. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them.

Agents and tools are usually run on the seller's own infrastructure. Availability, uptime, features and data handling are the seller's responsibility. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Items sold by EDGE Studio follow the Studio Terms of Service, including its no-refund policy, instead of this section.

Request a refund from Account → Orders within 14 days of purchase if: the item was not delivered, does not match its description in a material way, or is materially broken and the seller cannot fix it within 5 business days.

Not refundable unless required by law or stated on the Listing: digital downloads that were delivered as described, completed custom work you approved, partial subscription periods, and change-of-mind requests after access was granted.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Filing a chargeback for a purchase you received as described may lead to account suspension.

Purchases you make on an outside company's site after clicking a Partner link are governed by that company's terms and refund policy, not ours.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
